Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MU'MINUUN [102]

فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ

And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful.
