Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MU'MINUUN [106]

قَالُوا رَبَّنَا غَلَبَتْ عَلَيْنَا شِقْوَتُنَا وَكُنَّا قَوْمًا ضَالِّينَ

They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray.
