Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MU'MINUUN [103]

وَمَنْ خَفَّتْ مَوَازِينُهُ فَأُوْلَئِكَ الَّذِينَ خَسِرُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ فِي جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدُونَ

But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally.
