Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MUTHAFFIFIIN [31]

وَإِذَا انقَلَبُواْ إِلَى أَهْلِهِمُ انقَلَبُواْ فَكِهِينَ

And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting.
