Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MUTHAFFIFIIN [32]

وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوا إِنَّ هَؤُلَاء لَضَالُّونَ

And when they saw them, they would say, "Indeed, those are truly lost."
