Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AL MUTHAFFIFIIN [34]

فَالْيَوْمَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ يَضْحَكُونَ

So Today those who believed are laughing at the disbelievers,
