Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AZ ZUKHRUF [75]

لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ وَهُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ

It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair.
