Tafseer Ibn Kathir of AZ ZUKHRUF [76]

وَمَا ظَلَمْنَاهُمْ وَلَكِن كَانُوا هُمُ الظَّالِمِينَ

And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers.
